The Negros Museum will be the venues of two late night performances KIBON and PORTLINKS in celebration of TANGHAL 5: National University Theater Festival next week, February 15-19,
2011 hosted by Bacolod City and the Province of Negros Occidental.

TANGHAL is an annual theater festival for university-based theater groups in the Philippines. This is also brought to you by The Performance Laboratory, University of St. La Salle, West Negros University, and Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod.

The University of St. La Salle’s Maskara Theater Ensemble will be presenting KIBON directed by Adam Riolo at the Museum Lobby, 9PM of February 16. PORTLINKS, a contemporary dance performance will be presented by the DancePull Company and directed by Dwight Rodrigazo.
PORTLINKS will also be staged at the Museum on February 17 at 9PM.

Tanya Lopez, TANGHAL 5 Festival Director, is inviting all professionals and interested Bacolodnons and Negrenses to experience another side of theater with these intimate late night performances.  Lopez also adds that these performances are both from Negros and proudly present young Negrense theatre artists.
